Tonight Liam picked up one of Kiera's baby dolls and brought it over to me, told me she needed a hug and was holding her very gently. He leaned over and kissed her and hugged her and was being so sweet. For a second the trucks and the car crashes and the football tackles that had been coming from him all day seemed to wash away, and he seemed to be embracing his sensitive side...and then...
"Mommy, the baby has a booger in her nose."
Boys will be boys, right?
Boys are totally awesome! I think boys show their "sensitive" side through nobleness and heroism. It is a handsome thing! Glad you had a special mom-son moment - they are priceless!
